As Maine Votes, Here Are the Candidates’ Foreign Policy Views

I am working on a second post about Maine National Guard deployments (read the first one here), and it will take a bit more time than usual to put together. In the meantime, I thought I would share this handy site from the Council on Foreign Relations. For all of those who like to cast their vote based on a candidate’s foreign policy views (which is usually almost no one), the site provides an excellent overview of the positions of everyone in the running.

The site gives brief paragraph descriptions of the candidates’ policies, and if you’d like to compare them directly, you can select the issue you’re interested in and it will give you bullet points for easy contrast. They also have some handy videos:

Enjoy the voting!
